S. M. Arasu
Founder & Director
S. M. Arasu founded Prime Trust in 2000, inspired by the challenges faced by women and children in his native village. With the encouragement of his sister, a Catholic nun, he started community support activities that grew into a broader mission. He was officially registered as Prime Social and Educational Trust in 2002. With over two decades of experience in social work, he leads the organization with passion, dedication, and an unwavering belief that every person deserves dignity and opportunity.

Mrs. A. Lakshmi
Program Director
Lakshmi oversees all program operations, ensuring that every initiative meets the highest standards of impact and accountability. She has been instrumental in expanding the organization's reach across rural communities.

Mr. R. Kumar
Operations Head
Kumar manages the day-to-day operations of Prime Trust, including Janani Home, educational programs, and volunteer coordination. His leadership ensures smooth execution of all organizational activities.

Dr. P. Meena
Trustee - Health Initiatives
Dr. Meena is a medical professional who guides the organization's health and wellness programs. She has been pivotal in establishing health camps and screening programs in rural areas.

Mrs. K. Priya
Trustee - Women Empowerment
Priya brings extensive experience in women's rights and empowerment. She leads the Self-Help Group initiatives and vocational training programs, helping hundreds of women achieve financial independence.

Mr. V. Arun
Trustee - Education
Arun is an educator with a passion for child development. He oversees the after-school programs and digital learning initiatives, ensuring quality education reaches every child in the program.
