Our Mission
To empower marginalized women and children in Pondicherry and surrounding rural areas through education, shelter, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities. We strive to create an inclusive society where every individual has the chance to live with dignity and reach their full potential.

A world where women and children from all backgrounds have equal access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. We envision communities that are self-sufficient, empowered, and thriving — where no child is left behind and every woman can lead with confidence.
Two Decades of Impact
Foundation
Prime Educational and Social Trust was founded by Mr. Sriharan with a vision to uplift marginalized communities in Pondicherry.
Janani Home Established
Opened Janani Home to provide shelter, care, and education for abandoned and orphaned girls.
Women Empowerment Programs
Launched Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to empower women through microcredit and vocational training.
Educational Expansion
Extended after-school programs to 12 schools, reaching hundreds of children with academic support.
Health Initiatives
Started rural health camps and cancer screening programs in surrounding villages.
Digital Learning
Introduced digital and online learning initiatives to ensure continuous education during challenges.
700+ Volunteers
Grew our volunteer community to over 700 dedicated individuals from around the world.
